Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains what information Qourlex AI collects, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers this website, the way we communicate with businesses we work with or talk to, and the calls our AI receptionists answer on behalf of our clients.
Questions about it can go to saad@qourlex.com or (430) 348-2027.
1. Who we are
Qourlex AI builds and manages AI voice receptionists for home service businesses in the United States, such as plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians and roofers. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Qourlex AI.
2. Information we collect on this website
The contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and company name (the last two are optional) and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox through EmailJS, an email delivery service.
Booking a demo
Demo bookings are made on Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly’s own privacy notice applies on its site.
Visits to the site
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited, where visits come from and what kind of device is used. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Like any website, the service that hosts this site also receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.
We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
3. Information from our business conversations
When you email, call or meet with us, we keep the details you share, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address and what your business needs. We may contact businesses about our service using their business contact details. If you ask us not to contact you again, we won’t.
When a business becomes a client, we also collect what we need to build its receptionist: its services, the prices it wants quoted, its hours and service area, its emergency rules, and the contact details of the people who should receive call alerts.
4. Calls our AI receptionists answer for clients
When you call a business that uses Qourlex AI, that business is responsible for your information. We set up and manage its receptionist on its behalf, inside accounts the business owns.
During a call, the receptionist collects the details you give it, such as your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem. Calls are recorded and transcribed. The recording, transcript and a summary are stored in the business’s own accounts, including Vapi, the voice AI platform the receptionist runs on. The summary is sent to the business by email and text message.
We access this information only to set up, test, monitor and improve that business’s receptionist and to support the business. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for our own marketing.
If you called a business and want to see, correct or delete what it holds about you, contact that business. We will help it respond to your request.
Text message alerts go only to the business’s own team. The receptionist does not send text messages to callers.
5. How we use information
- To reply to messages and hold demo calls
- To build, run, monitor and improve the receptionists we manage for clients
- To send call alerts and summaries to our clients’ teams
- To bill clients and keep business records
- To understand how this website is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it
- To keep our systems secure and to meet legal obligations
7. Mobile phone numbers and text messages
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
8. How long we keep information
We keep messages and business records for as long as we need them to reply, to work with you and to keep accurate records.
Call recordings, transcripts and summaries live in our clients’ own accounts, and each client controls how long they are kept. When a client stops working with us, the accounts and their data stay with the client and our access is removed.
You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time by writing to saad@qourlex.com.
9. Security
We limit access to client accounts and business records to the members of our team who need it to do their work. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If we learn that information we are responsible for has been exposed, we will tell the people and businesses affected.
10. Where we process information
The services listed above run on servers in the United States and other countries. Our team may also access information from outside the United States when we build and manage receptionists or reply to messages.
11. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email saad@qourlex.com or call (430) 348-2027.
This website does not track visitors across other websites, and we don’t let advertising networks do so through it. Because of that, it does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
12. Children
This website and our service are meant for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we handle our clients’ caller information, we will tell those clients by email before it takes effect.
